30 day challenge Day 1
Ok today is the start of my personal 30 day challenge. I am a binge eater and I am challenging my self to go 30 days binge free on Plan with WW.
I would like to shed the last 6 lbs in these 30 days, but the main goal is to go binge free. I am also still nursing so I want to eat healthy as well. I will also update other life events on here.
so starting weight 128.0
Waist 27 inches
Hips 35
Food
2 tables spoons frosting(bad I know) aprox 3 pts
ww bar 2 pts
dinner subway flat wrap and light chips 7pts
the next day or so I am eating less to jump start things.
I will weight in and document my food each day with out fail
That is part of the challenge.
