Addicted to exersice
I started walking, 20 min per session, its too hot to do more. I walked 20 min 2x today. I feel like I could get in another session,perhaps later when its cooler out. I decided I dont need to lose anymore #'s 116 is fine. I do however need to tone up, and exercise my heart. So at 116 and well toned I may look thiner than 110 and blubbery,KWIM?
I made low fat baked mac n cheese..with whole grain barilla plus noodles,it was yummo!!! and very healthy. I will post the reciepe later. Next pasta dish I will be making is low fat fettecini alfredo with asparagus and tomatoes. You basically mix in a sauce pan, parm cheese, milk, and i cant believe its not butter and serve over pasta. I am gonna try with 1% milk and a little 2 % so its not too bland, also you spice it with pepper and parsaly.
